In Memory of Professor Wen Hsiung Ko

Professor Wen H. Ko, the Professor Emeritus in Electrical Engineering at Case Western Reserve University, passed peacefully at home in Palo Alto, California at the age of 94 on 4 December 2017. He was a pioneer in MEMS and started the first APCOT conference in Xiamen, China in 2002. He served as the chairperson of the steering committee of APCOT committee from 2002 to 2004.
